Working at Lynn Safety continues to be a great experience in comparison to my previous jobs. Management and Executives are extremely supportive and always willing to step in and assist as best as they can. Our CEO has even been known to jump into the field and work alongside our field crew the entire day. This allows our CEO to better understand some of the constraints the Field Team might encounter during a typical job and come up with solutions to solve those situations.
Our Lynn Safety team (Design / Sales / Ops) are always improving processes and procedures to ensure everyone is on the same page constantly and always strive to better not only themselves but the company. I can honestly say this is a great opportunity with great potential and I’m glad to have come onboard 7 months ago.
